I don't think we give our bodies enough credit. Like besides being thankful that it's usually functioning for the most part, I feel like we don't take enough time to really sit and value the beauty and miracle that is the human body. This week I want to try that, to sit with myself, look at my self, be present and inhabit my body. And see how it responds, how it might speak, say when it needs an apple or a kale leaf. Or a cupcake, whatever. No limits, just listen.
